Whangārei Boatyard Challenge — Build It. Race It. Sink or Swim!

Get ready for one of the most entertaining spectacles of the Whangārei Maritime Festival! Three teams go head-to-head in the test of teamwork — building boats or rafts from mystery materials and racing them the next day.

All good fun — with bragging rights and the Boatyard Cup up for grabs. The racing starts on 2 o'clock on Sunday. Come cheer on your favourite team and watch the mayhem unfold on the water!
